Installation Guide
Step 1 of 2: Install Your eSIM
Before you start:
Make sure your phone is connected to a strong and stable internet connection.
Do not close the app or turn off your phone during this process.
How to Install Your eSIM:
1. Tap the “Install eSIM” button.
. You’ll be asked to tap Continue two times.
. Wait for the eSIM to be added to your phone.
. This may take a few minutes.
2. Give your new eSIM a name or label (e.g., “Work”, “Travel”, or “Data Plan”).
3. Set your local sim as your default (Primary) voice line.
4. Choose your current sim for iMessage and FaceTime.
5. Do not allow Data Roaming Switching.
6. Set your eSIM to ON with data roaming on.
Most eSIMs can only be installed once. If you delete or remove this eSIM from your phone, you cannot reinstall it again!
Activation Guide
Step 2 of 2: Activate Mobile Data
1. Open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) on your phone.
2. Tap your new eSIM (the one you just installed) and turn on the “Turn On This Line”option.
3. Enable Data Roaming on your eSIM.
To avoid being charged, disable Data Roaming on your primary sim.
4. Go to Cellular Data and choose your new eSIM before arriving at your destination.
Most eSIMs can only be installed once. If you delete or remove this eSIM from your phone, you cannot reinstall it again!

Quick Reminders
1. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO TURN ON YOUR NEW ESIM
Settings → Cellular → Choose your new eSIM (Turn On)
2. TURN ON DATA ROAMING ON YOUR NEW ESIM
Settings → Cellular → Choose your new eSIM → Make sure it’s turned on → Find Data Roaming and turn it ON
3. MAKE SURE YOU SWITCH CELLULAR DATA TO NEW ESIM
Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → Switch to new eSIM → Turn OFF (Allow Cellular Data Switching)
