1.DEFINITIONS
1.1 "USIm", "we", "us" means USIM HOLDING LTD, a company incorporated in the State of Kuwait, trading under the brand name "USim".
1.2 "User", "you" means the individual purchasing and or using the Services
1.3 "Services" means prepaid eSIM products, mobile data plans, and related digital services provided by USim via https://www.usim.meand theUSim mobile application
14"eSIM" means an embedded SIM profile delivered digitally for activation on an eSIM-compatible device.
1.5 "Unlimited Data" means that no predefined data volume cap applies during the valldity perlad of the plan, sub|ect to Fair Usage and Permitted Use under these Terms.
1.6 "Policles" means these General Terms and Condltions, the Terms of Use, the Prlvacy Policy, and the Data Deletion Pollcy.

2. VALIDITY AND ACCEPTANCE
2.1 These Terms apply to all purchases and use of the Services, whether made via the USim website or mobile application.
2.2 By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Policles, which form an integral part of this agreement
